By integrating the business community and industry in systematic ways it lifts competencies for competitiveness. 3DE Schools systematically address the structural inequalities in education by providing access to in-demand careers, fostering school stability through engagement, and building a culture of inclusionary instruction and individual value.
The 13 3DE Schools in Tampa Bay, growing to 17 by 2026, will provide all students with equitable access to high quality education that unlocks their learning and meets the demands of the future economy.

The 3DE Innovators Showcase, presented by Raymond James, brings together 11th-grade student-built companies to pitch and exhibit their ideas to Junior Achievement partners, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals. The top company from each school pitches its ideas to a panel of judges from Raymond James leadership.
